Shipping Methods and Costs

We offer multiple shipping options to meet your needs.

Standard Shipping: Delivery Time: 5–7 business days.

Expedited Shipping: Delivery Time: 2–3 business days.

Free shipping across the United States.

Order Processing

Orders are processed Monday through Friday. Orders placed after 4 PM on Friday, or on weekends and holidays, will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Confirmation

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details, allowing you to monitor your package until it arrives.

Signature Requirement

To ensure secure delivery, all orders require a customer signature upon receipt.

Shipping Restrictions

We ship only to street addresses and cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses. Please provide a valid street address to avoid any delays.

International Shipping

Currently, Valliani Jewelers ships exclusively within the United States. We are working to expand our shipping services to international destinations soon.

Handling Time

Handling time refers to the preparation period for shipment. Orders are typically processed within 1–5 business days, provided items are in stock and payment verification is complete.
