Delivery Policy
If you have placed your order over the weekend that is after 4PM on Friday or Saturday or Sunday, your order will be shipped on the next business day, which is Monday. Once you order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email along with the tracking number. All orders over $1000 will require customer’s signature on delivery. Valliani jewelers will only ship to a street address, not to any P.O.Box. We offer expedite shipping for a small fee. Expedite shipping fee depends on purchase price.
Cancelation Policy
Your order can be cancelled within 2 hours of placing it. If you wish to cancel your order please email us at orders@vallianijewelers.com
Return Policy
For any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may exchange it within 30 days from the date of purchase. Exchange can be made by either shipping the item back to us or visiting any of our local stores in your area. Only one time shipping is free so if you exchange the item, shipping charges may apply.Watches that are unworn and unaltered and accompanied by original packaging and documents can be exchanged with 30 days of purchase. Warranty on watches is directly through manufacturers. No timepieces can be exchanged for jewelry pieces

We cannot accept the credit or debit cards data and also your (customer) payment account details (bank details) through the electronic emails for purchasing the merchandise.
