Wedding ring lost diamond, prongs and polish

I'd lost a small diamond in my wedding ring about 20 years ago. When I saw I'd lost it, I didn't want to lose more so I put my ring away. I really wanted to get that replaced and have the prongs checked, so I went to our local mall and went to several jewelers. Valliani's quoted me the best price out of all the ones I went to. Initially, they told me it could take about 2 weeks. I'd forgotten my ID with them, so I went a couple days later to pick that up and my ring was ready! It came out just beautiful; I actually started to cry, I was so, so pleased with the work. The only thing is I did ask for a receipt and they forgot to give me that, but I wrote so hopefully they can just email me one. Thank you again, highly recommended!
